The hours and days that I've spent just to find the answers
I have conquered all of my fears
Disappointed in a worthless existence
I now know the way to live
To find true happiness
You must start from scratch
I will surely be loved
Day by day lie after lie
You will go too far
Now nobody's there what's the easy way out
Ignore the substance that hides your true emotions
The illness continues but I'm not sick
My story will be heard
Keep your body graceful, to the mountain peaks we climb
The view is distorted but I have overcome it all
I can finally breathe again
My mind lies dormant removing the source now
I know that I have been here before
So full of indecision
I bare the mark of a man who has failed
I now bare the mark of a man who knows
I know the way to live life, now
I can showing you the meaning
If you will follow me
It's not easier said than done
You can have it if your heart glows
You can feel it in your dreams
The new feeling will rid the nightmares
If you truly want to live follow the ones that make life worth living
Accept your mistakes and dream to the fullest
Ignore the substance that hides your true emotions
The illness continues but I'm not sick
My story will be heard
Keep your body graceful, to the mountain peaks we climb
The view is distorted but I have overcome it all
I now have everything it only takes one step
Lets show the world me at my best

I love how sometimes you guys use an actual piano-like keyboard as the leads! Awesome riffing throughout the EP, and the vocal styles fit very well into the mix, both clean and unclean. John Carroll
Scalding metalcore from Spain, “Where the Waves Are Born” swings from clean to growled vocals over blindingly intricate fretwork. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 19, 2023
Sharptooth fight bigotry with melodic hardcore, their breakdowns an ideal vehicle for singer Lauren Kashan's incendiary insights. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 15, 2020

Realistically, I should have bought this album after the first 100 scrobbles of In Reach (Out of Touch), but it's never too late to do the right thing. This has a different atmosphere (and story) than The Lost City, but it's just as good and just as melodic. porcelainheart-
